Complete LIFT session workouts

Automated workouts completed on LIFT session will automatically be added to your points total.

Add activities manually

If you perform any activities outside of the LIFT session app, you can add them manually by visiting the main screen.

Sync with Apple Health, Google Fit or Fitbit

Intentional activities you start with your mobile device will automatically sync with LIFT. If you perform LIFT workouts, they will sync with your device too!

How it works

  • Create, join a team or go solo!

  • The challenge point system is 1 point per minute of intentional activity, regardless of the type of activity and the intensity.

  • To account for different team sizes, team scores are the weighted average points collected by all members in the group.

  • Share your activities with colleagues on the social feed and use the group chat with your teammates to encourage each other and organize activities to get more points.
